This notice explains what information the Sport Within website handles, why, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Sport Within is run by its co-founders, Sahil Deshpande and Devvrat Bhalerao. For anything about your information, email [email protected].
No cookies or tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, email address, organisation, role and message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on the conversation you started, for example about appearing as a guest or collaborating. If the form sends messages through a form service rather than your own email app, that service processes them on our behalf and only to deliver them to us.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep messages for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete them when they are no longer needed. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your agreement.
Services that load parts of this page
Like most websites, some parts of the page come from other providers. When your browser fetches them, those providers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type:
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces.
- Unsplash supplies the photography.
- Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page if anything changes, and revise the date at the top.
